Where did this method come from?
When I was younger and diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety, I could barely function (for real ya'll). That lead me on a journey of trying every wellness practice I heard of from friends, family, therapists or the internet. I was determined to increase my quality of life - not just surviving but thriving. Over the years, I figured out what tools worked for me for whatever imbalance I experienced. I started referring to this as my toolkit. The healing prescription is the first step to develop your toolkit. The video above shares this story.Â
